Set in 3 acres at Golant by Fowey in a quiet & peaceful location surrounded by fields & woods.

Built of stone & slate in 1851,The Stable has been converted into a fully self contained holiday home retaining many original features including timber beams.

Tastefully decorated to a high standard, The Stable sleeps 4 people plus a cot with one double & one twin bedroom.

Also on the upper floor is a bathroom with bath/shower & WC.

The groundfloor is a very sociable space being open plan with a lounge diner & fully equipped kitchen.

There is parking in a private walled courtyard & there is a patio area with table & chairs for alfresco dining.

The Stable provides central heating,washing machine,fridge & microwave. There is also C/D radio,TV&DVD player & a hairdryer.

All bedlinen is provided at no extra cost & we can provide towels for our overseas guests. We have a cot & highchair available if required.

The stable is perfectly located for easy access to the coastal walks,saints way,The eden project,Heligan gardens & many national trust properties. There is also a good choice of pubs & restaurants within easy reach.

Penquite is non-smoking and we regret, no pets accepted.

The Cabin is New England in Style with a Vintage Retro interior and is our version of Glamping.

Set at the top of a 3 acre paddock in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,it has 180 degree views of rolling cornish countryside and glimpses down to the Fowey Estuary and across to St Winnow.

A real nature lovers getaway this cosy cabin is ideal for 2. Offering a peaceful location but close to local attractions.

With it`s open plan layout the cabin has a retro kitchen equipped with small oven,fridge,kettle,toaster and 2 portable induction hobs which can be used outside on the deck if required.

The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with comfy seating and a small dining area.There is a flat screen TV,ipod dock and radio.

The bedroom is bijoux with a double size cabin style bed with underbed storage and there is a shower room with toilet and washbasin.

Outside on the deck there a 2 comfy chairs and a recycled cable reel table along with a firepit.

A hairdryer,iron and ironing board are also supplied.

FOWEY - CORNWALL

Fowey holds its annual Carnival, Floral Dance, Sailing Regattas in August including two firework displays and a visit from the Red Arrows Aerobatic Display Team.
