Ye Olde Malthouse Inn is reputed to date back to the late 14th century and has over the years retained much of its "olde worlde" charm whilst catering for modern day comforts.

Bed and Breakfast in TintagelWe have a comfortable TV lounge, which originally had two fireplaces, one which has been converted into an alcove.

Our dining area has a slit window in the fireplace wall and a beamed ceiling. We have an old well which is around 40ft deep and may have been used for the brewing of beer in bygone days.

Ye Olde Malthouse abounds with antiquity, a tunnel was discovered at the back of the Malthouse going down to the Vicarage. This has now been boarded over, lying beneath the present drive leading up to the car park.
