Neet Meadow is a modern, detached house, situated in an acre of grassland bordered by mature trees and streams. The privacy of the location contrasts with the fact that it nestles in the heart of Stratton, a thriving village with 3 pubs, a shop and post office all in easy walking distance.

The accommodation is flexible and caters for all year round, family breaks and reunions, activity holidays or simply a place to escape from it all and unwind. There is something to make everyone’s stay a memorable one.

ACCOMMODATION

The centre of the house is huge open plan living area at the heart of which is a wood burning stove. Flooring is hardwood throughout, downstairs having under floor heating and bedrooms upstairs have thermostatically controlled radiators.

The living area extends to the outdoors via large patio doors all along the South side of the house. You step down to large wooden deck with is a 4m diameter sunken hexagonal swimming pool (heated). Relax on sun loungers or enjoy al fresco dining round a large outdoor table. Gas BBQ.

The kitchen is integral to this living area and is fully equipped to make self catering as pleasurable as possible. The kitchen is fitted with integral dishwasher, commercial style cooking range, upright American style fridge freezer with filtered, chilled water and ice.

There is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer room for coats and boots adjacent to downstairs toilet and shower room which is disabled friendly.

There are six bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. Bed linen, duvets and towels are provided.

LOCATION

Stratton is a picturesque historic village with three pubs, shop and post office facility.

The adjacent seaside town of Bude is popular year round with something to offer to everyone. Bude has two expansive sandy beaches, excellent surf, an outdoor swimming pool and rock pools to explore. Many more beautiful beaches are easily accessed to the north and south along the rugged North Cornish coastline. They are all linked by fabulous stretches of the South West coast path which provides excellent walking opportunities.
