• Parking space for 2 cars at bottom of garden.

• No TV reception!

Located in secluded valley; 5 minutes walk down the valley footpath is the Coastal path where there are spectacular walks towards Land’s End, Cape Cornwall and great beaches.

5 minutes drive to the large sandy surfing beaches of Sennen Cove and Gwenver. Both beaches have lifeguards. Sennen has an experienced surf school 'Sennen Surfing Centre'.

3 miles from St. Just which has a good selection of local shops.

7 miles from Penzance, which has large supermarkets, children’s pirate playground, shops, galleries and fishing trips.

Lamorna Cove, the Minack Theatre, Mousehole and Newlyn 20 minutes drive.

St. Michael's Mount and St. Ives ½ hours drive.

1 mile from Land’s End light aircraft strip, with tourist flights, lessons and flights to the Isles of Scilly available.

1 hour’s drive from the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
