There is a comfortable, three-seater sofa, a window seat, combo TV/DVD and a selection of games, DVDs and books. Free WiFi.

The very comfortable bedroom has two 3 ft twin beds or one 6 ft zip/link ultra-king (please specify preference when booking), luxury fitted carpet, bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobe. The adjoining modern shower room has a heated towel rail and shower point.

On the site but detached from the owners' 17th century thatched cottage, Morva opens onto a large garden with many charming seating areas, a pond, gypsy wagon, swing and barbecue facilities. Off-road parking.

Rental includes bed linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels), hair dryer and heat. Double-glazed with night storage and supplemental heating for cosy winter letting. Regret no children, pets or smokers.

The Lizard Peninsula

'Morva' is a five-minute walk to a secluded beach, a two-minute stroll to the ancient Celtic Giants' Quoits, and a 10-minute walk to Roskilly's - the organic farm famous for its delicious ice-cream. The thriving village of St. Keverne, where there are two good pubs, a general store, news agent, butcher, post office and tasty organic restaurant, is also about a 10 minutes stroll away.

The picturesque harbour villages of Coverack, Cadgwith and Mullion are close by and the lovely Helford River is just 4 miles away.
