This stylish, recently renovated cart house
is situated on the Coastal Path in the delightful hamlet of Rosenithon,
an ideal spot for nature lovers, hikers and walkers, and anyone curious
to explore this beautiful, unique part of Cornwall.
ACCOMMODATION
Access
to 'Morva' is via wide French doors into an open-plan living
area with beamed, vaulted ceiling, skylights and exposed oak lintels.
There is a comfortable, three-seater sofa, a window seat,
combo TV/DVD and a selection of games, DVDs and books.
The galley kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer,
microwave, electric fan oven with ceramic hob and extractor, fold away
dining table and chairs. (Washer and dryer facilities are available on
site.)
The very comfortable bedroom has two 3 ft twin beds or
one 6 ft zip/link ultra-king (please specify preference when booking),
luxury fitted carpet, bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobe. The
adjoining modern shower room has a heated towel rail and shower point.
On the site but detached from the owners' 17th century
thatched cottage, Morva opens onto a large garden with many charming seating
areas, a pond, gypsy wagon, swing and barbecue facilities. Off-road parking.
Rental includes bed linen, towels (please bring your own
beach towels), hair dryer and heat. Double-glazed with night storage and
supplemental heating for cosy winter letting. Regret no children, pets
or smokers.

LOCATION
'Morva' is a five-minute walk to a secluded beach, a two-minute
stroll to the ancient Celtic Giants' Quoits, and a 10-minute walk to the
bustling village of St. Keverne where there are two good pubs, a general
store, news agent, butcher, post office, and tasty organic restaurant.

Coverack
The picturesque harbour villages of Coverack, Cadgwith
and Mullion are close by and the lovely Helford River is just 4 miles
away.
