Three holiday bungalows situated in a sheltered position in the coastal village of Gorran Haven. The properties back onto National Trust land and are five minutes walk from the beach and local amenities, with country and cliff top walks close by. Each bungalow has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer; hob; oven and microwave and a lounge with a TV and hi-fi. There is a parking space in front of Magic Hills. Pebbles and Little Brook each have a parking space accessed via a narrow shared driveway. Each bungalow has a small patio area. Little Brook has it's own secluded garden backing onto the stream. There is also a communal garden at the front of the property. Each bungalow has access to a washing machine and dryer. Gorran HavenThis picturesque coastal village, nestling in a sheltered valley has a safe sandy beach, which is a delight for adults and children alike. The village has a small selection of shops and cafes and a hotel with bar and restaurant. Gorran Haven is surrounded by National Trust land, with many attractive walks around the area, including the coastal footpath, which leads to other sandy coves nearby. The beach is a five-minute walk away and mooring is available by arrangement with the Harbour Master. The busy fishing port of Mevagissey is about four miles away and the town of St Austell is ten miles distant. There is a bus service to St Austell from the village car park. For garden lovers the Lost Gardens of Heligan are an experience not to be missed. These are a ten-minute drive away and open all the year round. Not forgetting the Eden Project, which is at St Austell.

three properties, with well-proportioned rooms. The bathroom has a shower
over the bath and shaver point. There is a log effect gas fire in the
lounge and night storage heaters. Bed linen is included. The bungalow
also has a small laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Storage
heating, gas and bed linen included in the price. Price ranges from
£310 per week in the low season to £810 in the high season

Little Brook Cottage A detached bungalow with one double and one twin bedroom; Kitchen with electric cooker and washing machine; Dining Room (with two single futon chairs); Lounge (with TV, DVD and Hi Fi); Bathroom / WC (with shaver point)and electric shower over the bath. Little Brook is a detached bungalow with its own small garden by the stream, which runs along the valley. A hallway leads into the galley style kitchen and dining room. The lounge has a pleasant outlook into the garden. The bungalow has night storage heating; electric heaters and an electric water heater. Storage heater and bed linen included in the price.
