James and Sharon Bishop after 12 years at 'The Slipway Hotel'
in Port Isaac (until Dec 2003) and until this year, owners of The Mote
Restaurant in Port Isaac, acquired 'The Longcross' in January 2005. James
and Sharon have completed a very extensive refurbishment programme - installing
central heating, broadband connections in the rooms and generally upgrading
the hotel from top to bottom.
The style is a modern contemporary one with new bathrooms
and simple, relaxing yet elegantly appointed bedrooms.
We have just completed a very large new terrace/deck to
take advantage of the wonderfull views and providing a space for alfresco
dining and watching the sun setting over Port Quin.
