Stunning panoramic views from mouth of Camel estuary around Rumps, Port Quin, Lundy Island, accross Port Isaac Bay to Tintagel and Bude.

High ceilings, original cornices and coving, tiled entrance hall and parlour.

Peace, tranquility and seclusion yet within easy striking distance of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock beaches and the historic fishing village of Port Isaac with its restaurants and bars.

Plenty of golf courses to choose from (owner James is a member of St Enodoc Golf Club), Eden Project 40 minutes and close to many other famous gardens.

James and Sharon Bishop after 12 years at 'The Slipway Hotel' in Port Isaac (until Dec 2003) and until this year, owners of The Mote Restaurant in Port Isaac, acquired 'The Longcross' in January 2005. James and Sharon have completed a very extensive refurbishment programme - installing central heating, broadband connections in the rooms and generally upgrading the hotel from top to bottom.

The style is a modern contemporary one with new bathrooms and simple, relaxing yet elegantly appointed bedrooms.

We have just completed a very large new terrace/deck to take advantage of the wonderfull views and providing a space for alfresco dining and watching the sun setting over Port Quin.
