Loenter is set in 2 acres overlooking beautiful countryside. The spacious ground floor wing has its own separate entrance accommodates 2 people (with an additional single bed available if required). It has its own patios and garden. Plenty of parking. Close to Helford River and Nationally Acclaimed Gardens and the coast. Open all year.

The accommodation we are offering is the ground floor wing at the back of our house. We are about half a mile from Trebah Gardens and the National Trust Property' Glendurgan. Helford Passage is within walking distance.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project are about a forty-five minute drive away. We are also an ideal location to explore such areas as the Lizard and St. Mawes. Mawnan Smith itself is a thriving village with its own Post Office and general stores, a lovely pub an Italian restaurant and a hairdressers.

Falmouth, with its new Maritime Museum is a fifteen minute drive away and Truro is about half an hour by car.

The accommodation is heated by two storage heaters, oil filled convector heater, fan heater and an electric fire.

Local Area

The beautiful Helford Passage with its hidden coves including the famous Frenchman's Creek and traditional riverside inn is within walking distance. There are also a number of nationally acclaimed gardens just down the road.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are 45 minutes away by car. There are many beaches nearby, and the location is ideal for exploring The Lizard Peninsula, Kynance Cove and St Mawes. Loenter is in the friendly village of Mawnan Smith, we now have a newly restored smithy and three craft workshops, if you are a cyclist, this is the place for you.
