edge of a working dairy farm above Polperro; just 15 minutes
walk down into the village.
Pets are welcome and the self contained garden is safe and
secure for both them and children.

ACCOMMODATION
The Little Barn has deceptively spacious accommodation and
will sleep 4/5 people.
The main double bedroom has an ensuite shower room
,which includes basin and toilet, and a colour TV. There is
also a hairdryer.
The 2nd bedroom can sleep up to 3 people.
The family bathroom is situated opposite the 2nd bedroom.
There is a large lounge/dinning room which is comfortably
furnished and includes a colour Freeview TV, video and log
burning stove. There is additional heating from night storage
heaters. Also a large selection of books are available for
holiday makers use along with a number of jig saw puzzles
and games.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes
an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer box
and a dishwasher.
The Little Barn has its own self contained and secure garden
complete with table, chairs, barbeque and parking area.
