The historic village of Tregony is situated at the gateway
to The Roseland Peninsula, a beautiful area of Cornwall
flanked by the Fal estuary to the west and St Austell bay
to the east.
Tregony provides an ideal base for exploring both the coastline
and gardens of Cornwall.

Situated in a quiet lane away from the main
village street, Lambricks Cottage provides cosy, self-contained, one-bedroomed
accommodation for 2 people. It is adjoining, but completely private from,
the owner's old Cornish cottage, facing South-west and overlooking the
valley of the River Fal.

The newly-converted accommodation is on two floors.
- An open-plan living area downstairs has French windows opening onto
a sunny, walled, patio- garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
- A pine kitchen is fitted along one wall and includes a fridge/freezer,
ceramic hob, combination oven/ microwave, washing machine, tumble-drier,
pine table and chairs.
- There is a comfortable sitting area with well-stocked bookcase and
colour TV.
- An open timber staircase leads to
- a double-bedded room with lovely views down the valley, ensuite shower,
washbasin and toilet.
Electricity is included in the tariff. Two night storage
heaters upstairs and two downstairs provide central heating. Towels and
bedlinen are provided. We require a deposit of £50 which is non-returnable,
balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. We regret we do not allow
smoking in the cottage, nor is it suitable for pets.
Booking Friday to Friday.
Arrival after 3pm please, vacate by 10am.
