A cosy cottage style flat, situated in a quiet part of the old village and overlooks the Jordan Valley. It is only a few minutes walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants in the harbour area and from there you can walk the coastal paths or the beautiful wooded Valency Valley.

The flat has had an extention, its own entrance opens into kitchen/dining area with separate lounge.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, W.C. and vanity unit and a door leads out on a small balcony with beautiful views and its own wrought iron table and chairs.

There is a Sky T.V., CD player, storage heaters, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and payphone. Night Storage heaters provided. Electricity by a £1.00 coin meter,

There is a private car parking space and you are welcome to use the garden and picnic area. All bed linen and towels are provided. With regret the flat is not suitable for pets.

A delightful detached cottage standing in an elevated position, it boast lovely countryside views with easy access to the coastal walks, shops, restaurants and pubs serving a variety of menus to a high standard.

The cottage consists of the ground floor with an open plan living/dining room, rugs on a wooden floor. There is a cosy, modern well fitted kitchen, twin bedded room and en-suite bathroom, W.C. with over a bath shower.

On the lower ground floor there is a double bedroom. separate shower room with WC and wash handbasin, a utility room and a door to the small garden and patio area.

The cottage facilities include electricity by a £1.00 coin meter, full oil central heating included, parking, colour TV satellite TV video, payphone, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, full size cooker, dishwasher, high chair and cot, barbeque, small garden with patio and furniture.

Duvets with linen and towels included.
Pets (1 dog only) by arrangement.
Note: Children to be supervised in the garden (hillside location with steps)

Boscastle in North Cornwall

An ideal place for a holiday at anytime of year. It is a small coastal village with a working harbour, magnificent cliff tops and sheltered wooded valleys.

The whole of Cornwall, Dartmoor and Exmoor are possible for day trips but you could enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday not going far from Boscastle itself.

Walks through Valency Valley to Minster church or St. Juliot or along the coastal path to Beeny and High Cliff (730ft.).

The other direction takes you to Rocky Valley and Tintagel, the legendary home of King Arthur.

The area has something for everyone whatever your interest, there are National Trust houses and gardens, the famous 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' and The Eden Project are all within easy reach by car. For the more active there is a choice of venues for water sports which include everything from sailing to wind surfing on inland waters or in the sea. There are a number of excellent golf courses, the closest being Bowood at Camelford about 10 minutes drive. Horse riding, cycling and even microlight flying are close by.

A short car journey will take you to the sandy beaches good for surfing at Trebarwith, Crackington Haven, Polzeath and Widemouth Bay and to other sandy coves where you can sunbathe and swim. You will find there is much to see and enjoy here.

The area has many fine fish restaurants including the 'Seafood Restaurant' at Padstow owned by TV celebrity chef Rick Stein of BBC fame within easy reach
