The bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on St
Merryn Holiday Village
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and
dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine and freezer
- Spacious living area with TV/DVD player
- French doors from living area into conservatory which has a dining
table and chairs. Patio doors into garden
- There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin
- The bathroom has bath and separate shower cubicle
- The rear garden is enclosed and has a decking area with garden furniture
and barbecue
- Parking for two cars on driveway
- Duvets (king size in double room), pillows, hand towels and tea
towel are provided but guests need to bring their own bed linen and
bath towels
- Sorry but we do not allow pets
- No smoking
Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Short
breaks (minimum of 3 nights) between October and March are available
on request.
LOCATION
The village of St Merryn is 1.5 miles away and has a
bakery, Spar, fish and chip shop, tea room and a couple of restaurants.
There are two pubs both serving food.
SURROUNDING AREA
There are numerous sandy beaches within a few miles of
the bungalow including Harlyn, Constantine and Treyarnon.
Padstow is 3 miles away. The Camel Trail starts here
and bike hire is available from Padstow or Wadebridge. You can catch
the ferry from Padstow harbour to Rock and then follow the coast path
along to Daymer Bay and Polzeath.
The Eden Project is approximately 30 minutes from the
bungalow.
