Tariff: £240 to £465 per week

The bungalow is located in a quiet cul de sac on St Merryn Holiday Village. It has an open plan dining, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave and washer/dryer. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, TV and DVD player.

There is a double bedroom and twin bedroom. Both rooms have lots of storage for clothes etc.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The driveway has room for two cars and there is also a garage.

The back garden is fenced and can be accessed through French doors from the living room. There is a brick barbecue and garden furniture.

Bookings are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

• There are wall mounted heaters in each of the rooms.
• Duvets (king size in double room), pillows, hand towels and a tea towel are provided but guests need to bring their own bed linen.

The bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on St Merryn Holiday Village. It has an open plan dining/living area and separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave and washing machine. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, TV and DVD player.

There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. All rooms have lots of storage for clothes etc.

The bathroom has a separate shower as well as a bath.

The driveway has room for two cars.
There is an enclosed back garden.

There are wall-mounted heaters in each of the rooms. Duvets (king size in double room), pillows, hand towels and a tea towel are provided but guests need to bring their own bed linen and bath towels..

Bookings are on a weekly basis

LOCATION

The village of St Merryn is 1.5 miles away and has a couple of grocery shops, Post Office, petrol station, fish and chip shop and a few restaurants. The two pubs both serve food. There is a large Tesco in Padstow.

SURROUNDING AREA

There are numerous sandy beaches within a few miles of the bungalow Harlyn, Treyarnon, Constantine and Porthcothan amongst them. Most have life guards on duty during the summer season. It is an excellent coast for surfing and body boarding. From the beaches are lots of well marked coastal footpaths.

Padstow is approximately 3 miles away. The Camel Trail starts here and you can hire bikes from Padstow or Wadebridge. Padstow has a lovely harbour and plenty of interesting shops.

If you wish to dine at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant you will usually need to book well in advance (01841 532700). You can catch a ferry across the estuary to the small village of Rock.

Close by are numerous golf courses. St Enodoc has one of the finest links golf courses in the South West of England with everything you would expect from a James Braid design; undulating fairways, firm greens, some blind shots and all with the added bonus of some of the greatest sea and estuary views on any course in the world. Trevose Golf and Country Club is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the north coast of Cornwall. Trevose is an ideal course for either the real golfing enthusiasts or for others who wish to play golf on occasions and enjoy the other amenities that are available in, or close to the complex. There are riding stables at Tresallyn Farm (01841 520454) which is 1 mile from the bungalow.

Along the coast at Watergate Bay Jamie Oliver's new restaurant Fifteen opened recently and is well worth a visit, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with stunning views over the bay. (Again advanced booking is advisable 01637 861000). Another few miles further is Newquay and the popular surfer's paradise of Fistral Beach.

The Eden Project is approximately 30 minutes from the bungalow.
