This apartment is on the 1st floor with an outside staircase leading to it's entrance over looking the garden and surrounding countryside. It has a dining/kitchen, spacious lounge with sofa bed (which converts into 2 singles), double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Guests may use the garden with table, chairs and BBQ. Car parking on the drive.

The Garden Flat is in the Edwardian part of the House and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The spacious bay-windowed lounge has Freeview. TV, DVD player, VCR, radio and CD player. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with use of a tumble dryer in an outside laundry room. Hot water and central heating is included £1 meter for electricity. Beds are made up with weekly linen and towel change. Guest's are welcomed witha Cornish cream tea, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine.

The Cottage is an 18th century former tin miners cottage attached to the owner's large period house and is up a narrow lane in open countryside at the edge of a seaside village.

It has two bedrooms, (1 double, 1 twin) two shower rooms, living room, dining kitchen, utility area, and conservatory leading to court yard with garden furniture and BBQ. Car parking on the drive.    

The Cottage has been extensively renovated and refurbished whilst still retaining it's former character as an 18th century tin miner's dwelling. It is tastefully and simply furnished to a high standard.

A feature curved staircase leads down to the living room which has a wood burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD player, VCR, radio and CD player. The dining kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

The utility area has a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Hot water, gas and central heating are included, £1 meter for electricity.

Beds are made up with weekly linen and towel change. Guests are welcomed with a Cornish cream tea, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine.

The Log Cabin is situated in a quiet corner of the garden with garden furniture and BBQ. It has an outside laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Cabin is double glazed and fully insulated with oil-filled radiators in the living area and bedroom. Double doors lead from the garden into the living area comprising of a dining kitchen (electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave)

The lounge area has a double bed settee and a sofa, t.v. with freeview, d.v.d, and v.c.r. There is a double bedroom, with twin beds and en-suite shower room.
