St. Agnes is a popular but unspoiled village in a rural setting close to beautiful sandy beaches. It is renowned for it's Outstanding Natural Beauty attracting artists from all over the country. St. Agnes is a friendly retreat where holiday makers are made welcome. There are various shops in the village from food stores, bakery, chemist, butchers, newsagent and post office to hairdressers,potteries and craft shops. Old pubs and good restaurants abound within the narrow streets and lanes of this gem of a village. There are many village events in the summer-the children's Flora Dances,the Annual Carnival,the Steam Rally, the Art Exhibition and the Lifeboat Day Spectacular. Where else but in St Agnes would you find such names as "Promised Land" and "Jericho Valley"? The latter featured in the famous TV series "Poldark". It's all here, waiting for you to discover. Innisbrook is an ideal holiday base,being centrally located for visiting the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, St. Ives and the Tate Gallery, the Minnack Theatre on the cliffs at Porthcurno, St. Michael's Mount, the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth and of course,the stunning coastal footpath. The Cathedral city of Truro is 8 miles away with it's designer shops, pavement cafes, bistros, theatre and County Museum. |

It has two bedrooms, (1 double, 1 twin) two shower rooms, living room, dining kitchen, utility area, and conservatory leading to court yard with garden furniture and BBQ. Car parking on the drive. The Cottage has been extensively renovated and refurbished whilst still retaining it's former character as an 18th century tin miner's dwelling. It is tastefully and simply furnished to a high standard.
The utility area has a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas is included, £1 meter for electricity. Beds are made up with weekly linen and towel change. Guests are welcomed with a Cornish cream tea, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. 1 small well behaved dog allowed by prior arrangement - £30 per week. |

It has a dining/kitchen, spacious lounge with sofa bed (which converts into 2 singles), double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Guests may use the garden with table, chairs and BBQ. Car parking on the drive. The Garden Flat is in the Edwardian part of the House and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.
£1 meter for electricity. Beds are made up with weekly linen and towel change. Guest's are welcomed with a Cornish cream tea, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. Please call 01872 552 770

The dining kitchen area has a table under a window, electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freeze The lounge area has 2 sofas, tv with freeview and DVD player. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Double doors open out onto the sunny lawn forming part of the landscaped garden.
The Cabin has an outside laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and whirly line.
