Homestead Farm Bed and Breakfast has been converted to a very high standard, with meticulous attention to detail. The accommodation makes a very bright and welcoming Bed and Breakfast.

Accommodation

The Homestead Farm Bed and Breakfast accommodation comprises of:-

Two rooms, one of which is a kingsize en-suite and the other is a double room with separate bathroom (very private).

Both rooms overlook our gardens and have digital TV, welcome tray comprising of tea, coffee, fresh milk, hot chocolate making facilities with mints & biscuits. There is also a hairdryer, alarm clock/radio and welcome toiletries.

Breakfast

On our breakfast sideboard we have a large selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices and a bowl of fresh fruit. In addition you can also choose from a freshly cooked "Homestead Farm English Breakfast" or you may prefer a vegetarian option.

There is also fresh fruit from our own allotment when in season and our jam is made by a local lady, she uses our fruit to make them, we also use her homemade marmalade.

All our breakfasts are served with tea or fresh coffee and brown/white toast. We can also provide for special dietary requirements with a little notice.

Gardens

The mature gardens are a haven for wildlife - rabbits, foxes, a variety of garden and wild birds.

There is a chair in the herb/perennial garden to sit and listen to the birds or the mellowing effect of the waterfall going into the fish pond which has been visited by herons and a couple of wild ducks or take a leisurely walk through the gardens into the orchard.

You can then carry on into the wooded area where there is another chair to relax or just get your thoughts together, maybe close your eyes and listen to the peace and quiet.

It is your holiday so we will do whatever we can to make it a memorable one.

Location

Homestead Farm Bed & Breakfast lies in the hamlet of Penhallow, which sits on the coast road between Newquay and Truro.

Ideally located for visiting all of Cornwall's attractions - Newquay Zoo, Eden Project, National Maritime Museum, Lands End are all around 40 minutes or so away. Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm and Callestick Ice Cream are all within walking distance.

Also the lanes nearby are also suitable for walking off that hearty home-cooked breakfast and we do pride ourselves on being dog friendly!
