Higher Moon is a modern three bedroom, two bath/showeroom dormer house enjoying splendid views over the sea and along the rugged North Cornwall coast to Trebarwith, Tintagel and Hartland point.

The house has parking for three cars at the front, and there is a garden at the rear with steps leading up to a raised deck from which there are excellent views of sea and coastline.

The house sleeps six people and there are the additional facilities of fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is an open fire in the living room, night storage heaters provide supplementary heating when necessary.

There are superb cliff top walks only a few minutes walk away along the renowned North Cornish coast. The beaches at Port Isaac and Port Gaverne are within walking distance and the superb family beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock, are just a few miles away.

Within the immediate area are facilities for bathing, surfing, horse riding, squash, fishing, tennis and golf. A wide variety of water sports are available on the Camel Estuary.

There is a wealth of National Trust property within the immediate region. Port Isaac itself is a most interesting and picturesque fishing village and is steeped in Cornish history and customs.

• The cellar with doors onto the patio contains a barbecue and ample garden furniture

The property is suitably furnished throughout and the rental includes a television, Freeview and video in the lounge. There are adequate numbers of duvets, pillows, kitchen and eating utensils and crockery.
