Newly converted, this Grade II listed detached barn offers spectacular views of the Heritage Coast and the historic village of Boscastle. Hayloft Barn sleeps 6 and has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard.

Boscastle is a picturesque village steeped in history, with its pretty harbour, magnificent coastline, cosy pubs and good restaurants. Wonderful in all seasons, Boscastle is an ideal holiday destination for exploring the North Cornish Coast. Its spectacular rugged cliffs, popular bathing and surfing beaches, various National Trust houses and gardens and the Eden Project are all within easy reach.

Hayloft Barn is peacefully located less than a mile from Boscastle's pretty harbour. It is set in its own garden adjoining National Trust farmland and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located less than 200 yards from the Coastal Path. The Hayloft is ideal for those that enjoy walking, nature and wildlife but also who enjoy the quality and comfort this five star property offers.

First Floor:
The old hayloft with exposed eaves has been transformed into an impressive open plan living space with beautiful views of the sea and countryside. Colour TV with satellite channels, video, CD player and feature woodburning stove. Dining area has woodburning stove and coastal views. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge - freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Ground Floor:
Comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin. One of the double rooms has an ensuite shower room, WC and hand basin, there is also a further bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower cubicle. WC and hand basin. The whole property benefits from central heating and all bed linen and towels are supplied.

Garden
The private garden is of a good size and is mostly laid to lawn. Peregrine falcons nest in the nearby cliffs and along with other birds of prey can often be seen flying overhead. The garden also has a patio where sunsets over the sea can be enjoyed.

There is adequate private parking for all guests.

The Old Farmhouse is a beautiful Grade 11 listed cottage, situated 50 yards away from the Hayloft. It is in the same stunning location and has great sea views.

The property has flexible accommodation and sleeps upto 10.

Down stairs there is a dinning hall, with an open fire place and original flagstoned floor. There are two lounges, one has oak beams, French doors to the garden and fabulous sea views. The other has a leather sofa bed and wood burning stove. There is a well equipped farmhouse kitchen complete with an Aga, another cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge and breakfast area. The separate utility has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. There is a cloakroom and another shower room on the ground floor. Flat screen TVs, DVDs and CD players.

Upstairs there are two beautifully furnished double bedrooms. The master has lovely far reaching sea views. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with free standing bath and separate large shower.

Included in the accommodation in a newly renovated detached suite with its own separate entrance, exposed eves and solid oak floors. It has superb sea and country side views from its full length picture window. You can enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the sea from the comfort of your king size bed of from your private sun terrace. This large suite has a lovely ensuite shower room as well as a small kitchen.

The large gardens are mostly laid to lawn with a large patio and sun terrace all with stunning sea views. There is adequate off road parking.
