The apartments are in a 400 years old listed building which was originally the Harbour Master's Office and gives the discerning holiday maker a unique opportunity of staying in one of Padstow's original quayside buildings and at the same time to enjoy modern day comforts.

Three of the apartments have magnificent south facing views of the bustling harbour below and the river estuary beyond. The fourth apartment is quietly situated in the back of the building on the ground floor and is a matter of a few meters from the quayside. All of the apartments are heated, have fitted carpets in all living brooms and a colour television.

HARBOUR VIEW is within easy walking distance of sandy beaches, the ferry to Rock, pleasure and fishing boat trips, shops, pubs and restaurants,including the famous Seafood Restaurant.

The Coastal Footpath resumes its westerly route here after crossing the River Camel with a breathtaking walk to Stepper Point and the Camel Trail can be walked or cycled to Wadebridge and beyond. Bicycles are available for hire.

Golfers are well served with Championship Links at Trevose and St Enodoc.

The historic Elizabethan Prideaux Place and the Shipwreck Museum are some of the many places to visit and the Eden Project is only about 30 minutes drive. The Camel Estuary has long stretches of golden sandy beaches and is one of the major attractions on the North Cornish coast.

The tidal waters stretch from the magnificent surfing beach at Polzeath to Wadebridge about five miles further to the south. Within this area are facilities for surfing, wind surfing and sailing. Fishing trips run according to the tides and outside the estuary to the west are many Atlantic Ocean surfing beaches stretching all the way to Newquay (Less than 20 minutes away by car)

All accommodation will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

• Well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a supplementary charge.
• Reserved space in private car park about 100 yds from Harbour View. There is a supplementary charge.
• Linen, Cots and High Chairs Bed linen is supplied but not towels and tea towels. Cots and high chairs are available for hire. No linen is supplied for the cots.
• Booking During the season these are on a weekly basis.
• Out of season, short or long lets will be welcome.
