The Moorings self catering holiday cottage accommodation, which sleeps 6 and welcomes pets, is in Port Gaverne North Cornwall and is situated 100 yards from the beach and the famous Gaverne Hotel and Restaurant in the valley of this ancient fishing hamlet and one time shipping port for local slate exports.

The area is of Outstanding Natural Beauty offering stunning scenery and views of the rugged Heritage Coastline of this area of North Cornwall much favored by walkers and lovers of the sea.

Accommodation

This detached self catering accommodation which sleeps six was completed in 2005 and has:

• Three twin bed bedrooms
• Full oil fired central heating
• Ensuite bathroom & WC to main bedroom, upstairs shower room with WC, downstairs cloakroom with WC
• Fully fitted kitchen/dining room which is comprehensively equipped including fridge with freezer, Rayburn, electric ceramic hob, microwave
• There is a spacious lounge with a satellite colour TV and DVD player.
• There is a large separate utility room with hanging/drying space complete with a washing machine/dryer.
• The surrounding area to the house is mainly paved with adequate parking for two to three cars.
• Garden furniture and a BBQ provide the setting for a relaxed atmosphere in the fresh air.

Situated just minutes stroll from Port Gaverne beach and within half a mile of the old fishing village of Port Isaac with it's fine restaurants, shops and public houses.

The house is also on the local extensive footpath network which allows walkers to explore the local countryside.
