The Focsle is a three bedroomed property that sleeps 6.

The house is reverse accommodation (yes, that means it's upside-down) therefore the living room has a stunning view of Mevagissey valley.

ACCOMMODATION

The front door leads to a welcoming conservatory with space to sit and relax in the sun. The accommodation on the top floor consists of a cloakroom/wc, kitchen/diner, sitting room and garage. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob unit, dishwasher and microwave, toaster etc. The dining area has French doors which lead onto a large balcony which runs along the length of the house. The back door leads to a large covered area under the balcony then stepping out onto a decked area complete with alfresco seating and barbeque.

The lounge/sitting room has a wide window seat with lovely views of Mevagissey. It has comfortable seating for guests and includes TV with freeview, DVD (with a small selection of DVD's) VCR , radio and CD player.

Also on this floor is a garage to store your car or any other larger items e.g. bikes etc.

The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms a bathroom and utility. Stairs lead down to a twin room, single room with bunk beds and double room with king size bed. The bathroom has a WC, bidet, hand basin and corner bath (with electric shower above). Also on this floor is a utility complete with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the rear garden.

The pretty garden has a patio leading across the back of the house. A pathway then leads to a wooden archway with an alfresco seating area complete with barbeque. This is screened by trellis fencing and a shrubbery and is very private. The lawn continues down to hedged boundaries with steps

The Focsle is located within the picturesque working fishing village of Mevagissey which is nestled between Pentewan and Gorran Haven.

Mevagissey itself is steeped in history with many quaint fisherman's cottages set within cobbled streets and offers many local amenities which include a post office, a convenience store, a bakery, chemist, family heath center and the all important fish & chip shop and restaurants!
