A comfortable and spacious detached bungalow within the sought after Europa Court holiday complex in Mawgan Porth.

Only yards from the heated swimming pool and a minute’s walk (on the flat) to one of Cornwall’s famous surfing beaches. An ideal location for families with excellent amenities for everyone, the complex has 2 tennis courts on site with a pitch and putt/crazy golf course next door.

Mawgan Porth is famous for its surfing and is situated on the North Cornwall coast, 5 miles from Newquay and 7 miles from Padstow giving easy driving access to both these popular towns and their large choice of shops and restaurants.

For those that want to stay local, there is a choice of cafes and shops within minutes of the complex and the well-known Merrymoor Inn is only a 5 minute walk.

The large sandy beach is ideal for young families with a shallow stream running through it and there are numerous rock pools on the west side. Lifeguards are present from 10.00 to 6.00 during the summer.

For those looking for walks, the coastal path extends from both sides of the beach, to the famous Bedruthan Steps to the East and to Watergate Bay to the west.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with double fan oven and grill, microwave, washing machine/dryer and fridge freezer.
• The bathroom is large with a separate bath and cubicle shower with endless hot water to both.
• The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a dining area, seating area with TV, video and CD player, "Sofa bed".
• A door to a private area of the main terrace outside which has a table and chairs for relaxing or eating.
