Inn and Restaurant Crumplehorn Mill is a small complex designed and converted around the original sixteenth century Coaching-cum-Counting House for privateers and banking.

The complex consists of the 'Mill', a small building once used to grind corn, and of the large 'L'-shaped Coaching House. In the one part of the Coaching House we have the Inn and Restaurant, while on the return side the flats and hotel (with private bathrooms) are situated.

All the flats and rooms are of different character and no two units are alike.

The majority of accommodation has been designed to incorporate the roofing timbers with matching pine tables and chairs. The furniture, settees and armchairs are of a complementary style in a traditional deep brown velvet, with high backs and wings. The settees in each flat extend into a full-size double bed (in some cases twin beds) and give extra sleeping accommodation. All furnishings and decorations are of a very high standard.

• Flat type one, a one-bedroomed flat for two people, consists of bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The settee will convert into a double bed giving accommodation for an extra two persons - making a total of four persons. Similarly a
• Flat type two, with two bedrooms for four people, and the settee - gives accommodation for six persons.
• The Penthouse, similar in design to the other flats, is fully self-contained on its own level, and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge/diner and kitchen, arranged as central lounge/diner and kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom leading off the one side, and master bedroom with private bathroom and television leading off the other side. This unit will sleep six persons (although the settee in the lounge does give an extra two sleeping places - making a total of eight persons).

The kitchens are built to a very high standard and include everything. There is absolutely no need for guests to provide any utensils or equipment whatever.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has its own vanity unit, incorporating hand-basin, vanity top, mirror, shaver and hair drier points, wardrobe and drawers. The vanity units are built-in and are an addition to similar units in the bathroom. Bedroom units vary with double or single beds and all bedding, is supplied on the bed and breakfast tariff, or can be hired for self catering holidays.
