The Holiday cottage was located in King Street, a quiet residential street, in a conservation area in the heart of Bude. The cottage is a grade II listed traditional "cob" built terrace, and dates from the turn of the 18/19 Century. It has just been entirely renovated, and offers all the facilities for stylish modern living along with the charm of an historic cottage.

Th cottage offred a central location meant that Summerleaze and Crookletts beach's werejust minutes walk away, as is the South West coastal path; and the shops, restaurants and bars of Bude are right on the doorstep.

Downstairs there was a lounge with TV and DVD and stereo system, separate Dining room and spacious kitchen equipped with range style cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
