Northcott Farmhouse is our unique and large holiday house, very near to the sea, with the luxury of nine bedrooms. This big country farmhouse is full of individual character and traditional style.

It boasts an enviable location, set in the heart of the Trewin family's 400 acre estate. The exclusive and private holiday house gazes out across our farmland, down a small valley to the stunning North Cornwall coastline. A leisurely stroll down the private farm lane leads you down to Northcott Mouth beach which has to be seen to be appreciated - stunningly scenic.

You will find this large Georgian period farmhouse wonderfully secluded and together with the option to book a private catering service it certainly makes the perfect venue for birthday celebrations, reunions, corporate team building/conference venue . We also accept (responsible!) hen and stag parties - can even help you organise the activities to maximise the time spent with us.

The house has Wireless Broadband so you can stay in touch on-line and for the sports fans a sky sports package is also available.

The farmhouse has extensive facilities to make your stay special. There are two large lounges complete with large TV's, Freeview and DVD/VCR. One is a traditionally styled Georgian sitting room complete with stripped floorboards and comfy sofas overlooking the garden, now has a 37'' flat screen LCD Tv with Sky . The second lounge is equally ideal for entertaining with woodburner, 4 large sofas, its French doors lead out onto the patio and barbeque area which has stunning views down the valley to the Atlantic Ocean and Northcott beach. Additionally, there is the 'snug', which can either be a private sitting room for the double bedroom above with private staircase located in the 'Annex' or serve as an additional lounge.

The kitchen has an aga aswell as a double range oven and two huge fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and is fully equipped to cater for large groups, the adjoining dining room has a large solid wood table large enough to sit all and also has a woodburner.

The large and securely fenced gardens have a children's play area complete with swings, a climbing frame, playhouse, toys, free boogie boards and ample room for softball games. During bad weather and the winter months children and those young at heart can entertain themselves in the converted heated cellar. It contains a pool table and table football.

We accept up to 4 well behaved dogs at this property (£20 dog fee applies) and its also toddler friendly as we have all the usual safety equipment required.

This Farmhouse is surely one of the best large country houses for hire in this region of Cornwall whilst not being 5* with over the top rental prices to match, it provides good value quality accommodation.
