Lower Northcott is a Georgian farmhouse with large enclosed gardens, offering superb holiday accommodation, sleeping up to 17 people it is ideal for large family holidays and small groups.

This Georgian farmhouse is on a working farm, set in a secluded valley and just a pleasant stroll to the beach at Northcott Mouth and the heritage coastline, ideal for exploring the coastal path and valley walks.

Ground floor: Large, modern fitted, well-equipped kitchen with Aga (September -May) adjoining large spacious dining room. Two lounges. Bathroom with over bath shower and shower room.

Four bedrooms; two single, one twin-bedded and one beamed double.

First floor: Five bedrooms; two family, en-suite (sleeps 3, one with a four poster), two double en-suite (one with four poster bed) and one single. Bathroom with over bath shower. 

Lower ground floor: Games room with pool table and football game. Large gardens with own children’s play area, picnic tables and gas BBQ. 

The town of Bude is just a mile south along the coastal path. Please note that Lower Northcott is about five miles from our cottages and facilities at Marhamchurch.
