The farmhouse has extensive facilities to make your stay special. There are 9 bedrooms spread over the two floors of the house; two large lounges with woodburners, deep comfy sofas & large TV's with Freeview,Sky & DVD players. One overlooks the front garden, the second lounge has french doors leading out onto the patio and barbeque area which has a wonderful view directly down the valley to the Atlantic Ocean and Northcott beach.

Additionally in the Annex there is a 'snug', which can be a private or additional sitting room as it has a double bedroom above. The Farmhouse can also be made toddler friendly with the provision of all the necessary equipment.

The kitchen has a double range oven and two huge fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and is fully equipped to cater for large groups, the adjoining dining room has a large solid wood table large enough to sit all with woodburner at one end.

The large and securely fenced gardens have a children's play area complete with swings, a climbing frame, playhouse, outdoor toys and ample room for softball games.

During bad weather and the winter months children and those young at heart can entertain themselves in the converted heated cellar. It contains some indoor toys, a pool table and table football.

The house has Wireless Broadband so you can stay in touch on-line and for the sports fans a sky sports package is also available.

We accept up to 4 well behaved dogs at this property (£20/dog fee applies)

As well as the farm animals, we have some smaller animals to pet and visit each day … there are pigs, goats, rabbits, miniature ponies, horses and even ducks.

You will find this large Georgian period farmhouse wonderfully secluded and together with the option to book a private catering service it certainly makes the perfect venue for birthday celebrations, reunions, corporate team building/conference venue.

We also accept (responsible!) hen and stag parties - can even help you organise the activities to maximise the time spent with us.

The Cabin provides open plan living with carpeted lounge area with large flat screen TV, onto the kitchen with slate flooring that that is fully equipped enough to cook just toast to a roast, carpeted bedroom area with king size solid oak bed & door to luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and over-bath shower.

Guests staying at The Cabin have their own sunny garden with picnic table & BBQ and can walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth & coastal path in just 15-20 walk (depending on pace!) the lovely old local Village pub is just as close.

1 x small dog also welcome for a small charge of £20 and we ask that owners bring their own dog basket or cage.

This location combines the best of countryside and coast, with picturesque walks, cycling trails, excellent golf courses, local riding stables, renowned wonderful surfing coastline, safe swimming beaches, bird-watching, wildlife and unspoilt scenery, all virtually on the doorstep.

Guests staying at Little Northcott are welcome to use all the facilities at Court Farm Holidays complex at Marhamchurch (4.5 miles away) with use of the swimming pool between midday-3pm during peak season/school holidays.

Each property is available to book separately or together (subject to availability) and are available to rent all year round, with short breaks available from mid September - Easter (excluding school holidays).
