All properties have shared use of a wide range of facilities including heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool (retracting roof on its enclosure for warm days), Tennis Court, Games Room, Large & enclosed children's play area, Animal field with Alpacas, pigs & chickens.

Services offered include an onsite Treatment Room offering Holistic & Beauty Treatments, One to one or group yoga sessions, Swimming Lessons and a Catering Service.

Accommodation styles include 4 Whitewashed period cottages with woodburners & own gardens (3 accept dogs), 3 Contemporary Style modern houses with private gardens and luxury hot tubs (1 accepts dogs), 6 Barn Cottages set around a sociable courtyard, accommodating 4 - 7 people and finally 2 Large Cornish Farmhouses sleeping 12-17.

The largest, Northcott Farmhouse, is not located in Marhamchurch, but wonderfully secluded on the edge of the owner's farm, just 4 miles away from the facilities at Court Farm - from which guests can walk to the beach along their private lane in just 15 minutes - This house is just perfect for large groups of friends/family wanting to get together all under one roof (dogs accepted).
