Spacious, stylish, beautifully furnished and equipped five bedroom family house with stunning views over the Atlantic. The house is 100 yds from the beach and 1.5 miles from Padstow.

Crisp bedlinen, fluffy towels, hairdryers, telephone, washing machine & tumble dryer - everything you would expect in your own home.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 in five bedrooms. There are two king-sized rooms (one of which can be split into two singles), one double, one single and one children's room with bunks and a single bed.

There are four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Outside is a sheltered, west-facing garden complete with BBQ, table and chairs. The accommodation page shows photos and gives more details of the house.

Cliff House is on West View, a quiet lane past the sandy and rocky beaches of Trevone, with far reaching views out over the Atlantic. The house is located just 30 yds from Rocky Beach and 100 yds from Sandy Beach. There is a large, gated parking bay in front of the house that can accommodate two to three cars.

Trevone is a delightful village with two beaches, a general store, beach car parks, a pub and a surf store. The main sandy beach is a beautiful cove which is life guarded (and dog prohibited) during the summer months. Around the bay is Rocky Beach, perfect for rock pooling, shell collecting and also featuring a natural swimming pool. Surfing and body boarding are very popular in Trevone and nearby Harlyn Bay. There are many local surf schools that teach all age groups.

The fishing port of Padstow is less than two miles away and a similar distance away is the Trevose Golf and Country Club. The North Cornwall coast is a Designated Area of Outstanding Beauty and the coastal path is at the end of the lane.

The Camel Trail is close by - a great cycle ride for all ages and abilities and a wonderful day out. The Padstow to Wadebridge section, with a stop for lunch is just right if you have children with you. Bicycles can be hired from Bridge Bike Hire.
