It is situated in a quiet residential area of St Ives town within 250 yards walking distance of the shops and harbour. It has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard 2012/2013 with new furniture and flooring to the lounge and bedrooms, thus providing stylish pleasant accommodation. The cottage also benefits from full gas central heating and has a coal gas fire which makes for a very cosy getaway any time of the year.

Bedroom One: King size cast iron bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, bedside table.

Bedroom three: Cast iron double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, dormer window with views over the town towards Godrevy lighthouse and the Towans.
