Welcome to Channings B&B , which is situated in the best residential part of St. Ives.

The large guest dining room and guest sitting room have breathtaking views over Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle Towans, offering you the chance to meet and enjoy the company of other guests in pleasant surroundings.

Alternatively there is an additional guest sitting room with books, board games and television for your enjoyment

St Ives offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafe and pubs throughout its cobbled streets. There are marvellous beaches, all with different activities from surfing to boat trips, fishing trips etc. Porthminster Beach, very well known for its safe bathing, is only 5 minutes walk from our hotel.

There are several antique and collectors shops and many art galleries around, primarily the world famous Tate Gallery, with its restaurant overlooking Porthmeor beach, which offers a stunning menu.

Both the railway and bus stations are close by and the scenic ride on the train to Penzance is one of the most picturesque in the country. The old fishing ports of Mousehole and Newlyn are but a short drive away, while further afield you have Cornwall's capital town of Truro with its magnificent cathedral.

Flambards Theme Park for children and adults alike, St. Michael's Mount, Paradise Bird Park, Cornish Seal sanctuary, the old Geevor Tin Mine at Pendeen - now a visitor Heritage Centre and of course Land's End and many more attractions are all available within easy reach for the more investigative visitors.
