Captain’s Cottage offers luxury self-catering accommodation with the best sea and inner harbour views on Breakwater Road, which leads to the sea lock gates and Summerleaze Beach a short stroll away.

Situated on the lower wharf of Bude Canal, this luxury self catering cottage boasts some great views to the sea. In a prime location, just a minutes walk to the nearest beach and five minutes walk to the town centre. The Brendon Arms, a popular local pub with a very good restaurant is a stroll down the road.

The cottage to designed to sleep 6 people in three bedrooms. One Kingsize ensuite, One Kingsize ensuite wet room, plus a twin bedroom with patio doors opening on to a verandah that over looks the canal and has use of a separate shower room.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen being fully fitted with split level cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and every thing you could possibly need. The lounge has a large LCD screen TV with DVD player and music system,. The dining area has patio doors front and back, the front opening into a conservatory overlooking the canal and the back opening up to a patio area with gas BBQ and also an outdoor shower for those returning from the beach.

There is parking for two cars in front of the cottage.

Captains Cottage is an immaculate property, with modern yet traditional décor, furnished to the highest standard.

It is heated by under floor heating and also has air-conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All bed linen and towels are provided and the tariff includes gas and electricity.
