Self-catering Holiday Bungalow in Polzeath with Stunning sea views across Polzeath Beach

'BREAKERS' holiday bungalow set in its own grounds at the end of a private road. The Holiday Bungalow is situated on the cliffs above Polzeath, just a short walk from the beach, where numerous warm, tide-washed pools and fine golden sand make it a child's paradise.

At the same time, the beach is popular with surfers who can be watched from 'BREAKERS' riding the waves at all times of the year.

Polzeath Beach is tucked in to the Camel Estuary facing the large Atlantic swell and can boast as being one of the safest surfing beaches in the British Isles. Numerous warm, tide washed pools and fine golden sands make it a child’s paradise. At the same time, the beach is popular with surfers who can be watched from Breakers Holiday Cottage, riding the waves at all times of the year. The surrounding North Cornwall coast is an area of scenic cliffs, wide sandy beaches, quiet coves and fishing villages. In spring time, the cliffs are clothed in wild flowers to the edge.

The coastal path is just metres away and follows the cliff top westwards towards Daymer Bay and on to Rock where the foot ferry runs a service to Padstow and the Camel Trail. To the east and north, the path leads to the rugged headland of Pentire and beyond offering breathtaking views.

Breakers has been specially designed by the owners as a holiday home, taking into consideration its cliff top site.

The open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the views out across the bay. Set in its own grounds there is ample garden space for children to play and the beach is only a few minutes walk away.

The all-electric kitchen has recently been refitted with cooker, hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge and deep freeze.

Breakers has four bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two singles, double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet and one with two full size bunk beds.

There is a separate bathroom with basin, toilet, bath and shower and also a separate toilet.

You will need to either bring your own bed linen and towels or hire from Rock Linen - who will deliver and collect from the property. Details will be supplied at the time of booking

The open plan is heated by electric convector heaters and for the winter, night storage heaters. There is a piano, hi-fi with iPod dock and flat screen colour TV with DVD player.
