Bramble Nook is a modern individually designed Dormer Cottage situated in an area known as Bossiney, between the villages of Tintagel and Boscastle.

The cottage lies back in a quiet private lane leading directly onto the North Cornish Coastal path, with some of the most stunning coastal views and footpaths Cornwall has to offer.

Tintagel is approximately ½ mile away and is an ancient village full of myths and legends, most notable for King Arthur's Castle, an 11th century Church and historic Post Office. There are a good range of shops, restaurants and Public Houses.

Bossiney Cove is within walking distance and is a favourite sandy inlet for swimmers.

Boscastle is an ancient Harbour Village with a lot of history, restaurants and locally made crafts.

Bramble Nook is ideally located for touring Cornwall with its magnificent beaches and outstanding coastline.

The Eden Project, Bude, Padstow, Newquay and the Cathedral City of Truro are within easy driving distance.

ACCOMMODATION

Bramble Nook is carpeted throughout and furnished to a high standard. Heating is by electric economy 7 storage heaters. The property offers first class family accommodation.

Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and automatic washing machine.

Lounge area with sofa bed, armchairs, TV, DVD, video and music centre, leading to Conservatory/Dining Room with attractive dining table and six chairs, cane furniture and centre light fan.

Bathroom. Ground Floor. Attractively fitted with hand basin, WC bath with electric shower over bath and shaver point.

Bedroom 1 situated on the 1st floor, a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and sea views.

Bedroom 2, on the ground floor, twin bedded room with views to front of cottage.

Outside. Private rear south facing garden, with garden furniture and barbecue. Neat front garden with ample parking for up to four vehicles.

Facilities. All fuel included duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Cot (but not linen) and high chair.
