Two cottages set in glorious countryside in the Helford River Area

Orchard Cottage and Bramley Cottage are situated about half a mile away from the pretty village of Mawnan Smith, and convenient for Falmouth, beaches, coves, gardens and coastal walks. There is a private peaceful grassy meadow stretching out in front of the cottages for visitors to enjoy. Plenty of car parking is available.

Prices range from £370 - £900 per week

Orchard Cottage is light and spacious, with a high beamed ceiling, with oak floored living and dining areas. There is a real wood burning stove for the cooler autumn evenings. A doorway leads you to the bedrooms, where there is a double room with en-suite shower room, a twin room and two single bedrooms. The large family bathroom has a bath and walk in shower.

Both Cottages have electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player, heated towel rail, and night storage heaters.

BRAMLEY COTTAGE 4 STAR Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children

 

Prices range from £285 - £570 per week

Bramley Cottage has its own private grounds and parking area. The living area is light, spacious, and open plan with an oak floor. A door leads to a raised terrace overlooking a beautiful tree lined meadow giving complete privacy.

The living area leads to a double bedroom, large family bathroom, again with both bath and walk in shower. There is also a small room with bunk beds for two young children.

Electricity, bed linen, towels are provided for both cottages at no extra charge. They are both non-smoking properties and we are unable to accept pets. There are no stairs in either cottage.
