Tariff Prices from £320.00 to £930.00 Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A booking deposit equal to 30% of the total cost is required on booking, with payment of the balance 42 days before arrival. Guests have access to the cottage at 3pm on the day of their arrival and are required to vacate it by 10am on the day of departure.

Bolster Farm Cottage is well equipped and comfortably furnished in a light modern style. It is set in a peaceful rural location yet close to St Agnes village. Chapel Porth beach is within easy reach.

The Coastal footpath and St Agnes Beacon are a short walk away.

The cottage provides light and spacious accommodation on two levels and sleeps 2-6.

Farm trail
Bolster Farm is a 19 acre working smallholding in a beautiful natural setting to the south of St Agnes Beacon. The farm trail follows a circular route through small fields, orchard and alongside the Bolster Bank (an ancient earthwork) There are wide views of the sea, down the coast to St Ives and across open countryside.

Longer walks
There are many extended walks from Bolster Farm into the surrounding landscape. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage site, the scenery is spectacular.
The National Trust beach at Chapel Porth is nearby with a lovely valley walk. St Agnes Beacon is a 10 minute walk, with wide ranging views over land and sea. The Coastal footpath is a 20 minute walk, with Wheal Coates historic tin mine a dramatic feature. Further coastal, valley and beach walks are within easy reach.

Local area
The village of St Agnes is an attractive, traditional Cornish village with a thriving community and steeped in mining history. There are a large number of shops including a bakery, butchers, grocery stores and greengrocers selling local produce. Several galleries and craft shops display a lively variety of artworks. There is an excellent selection of quality restaurants and pubs both in the village and within the surrounding area.

Location
St Agnes is on the North Coast between Newquay and St Ives, approximately 9 miles from Truro. It is well situated for exploration of other parts of Cornwall. Penzance, St Ives and Falmouth are within easy driving distance. St Michael's Mount, Trebah gardens, The Tate Gallery St Ives: these are examples of an excellent day out. Other attractions include The Eden Project, the Maritime Museum at Falmouth, Newquay Zoo and the Camel Trail at Padstow.
