Steps lead up to the patio area, where the french doors provide access to open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor. From the kitchen a door opens into the hall with a flight of stairs to the first floor with a double bedroom, single bedroom with two full sized bunk beds and family bathroom with basin, wc and show over bath. A further flight of stairs provides access the master bedroom with en-suite shower room.

On site leisure facilities include heated indoor pool, sauna, bar with bar snacks, tennis courts, mini golf, children's play area. The village of Gulval is 2-3 minute drive away and the Coldstreamer Inn and Church can easily be reached on foot via the footpath opposite the entrance to Kenegie Manor.
