Light and airy large bedroom with pine furniture including king size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, wardrobe, bedside tables, draws and a 42inch flatscreen TV with freeview.

Bedroom 2
Modern bedroom with pine furniture to include king size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows, wardrobe, bedside table and a flatscreen TV with Freeview.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a brand new bathroom complete with a spacious P shaped bath with shower and glass screen, WC, basin, heated towel rail and cupboard for extra storage.

Kitchen/ Diner
Newly refurbished open plan kitchen and diner. The kitchen area features natural slate floor and is well-equipped with mircowave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and range cooker (electric and gas ovens with 5 burner hob, hot plate and grill).

As the dining area is open plan it is a very social area and also includes a 42 inch flatscreen TV with Freeview. The dining room features pine wooden floors and a large wooden table and chairs in a great setting for dinner in the evening.

Gardens
Front garden is sheltered from the wind and includes garden furniture perfect for BBQ's and is a great suntrap for sunbathing.
The rear garden features a large grassed area, green house and outdoor toilet. There is also a large workshop to store sporting equipment such as bikes, surfboards, bodyboards etc.
