The Bark House is a two bedroom cottage, originally used for hanging fishing nets after being steeped in bark mixture. The new owners have completely refurbished and redecorated this property to a superb standard throughout, offering very comfortable and stylish accommodation.

Downstairs:
Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.

Upstairs:
1 kingsize bedroom, 1 bedroom with 4ft bed and a bathroom.

Access Statement:
One step over through the front door takes you into the open plan lounge(with double bed settee)/kitchen/dining area. 12 steps then take you up to the first floor with one kingsize bedroom and one double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with large shower, WC and basin.

Parking is in the tidal beach car park only just a few yards away or the pay & display at the top of the town.

Nestling in a pretty lane just yards away from the picturesque harbour, providing a real treat for those looking for an opportunity to really experience the magic Port Isaac offers.

Port Isaac is a popular fishing Village on the North Cornish Coast. With its quaint streets and individual cottages plus beautiful bays and busy fishing Harbour, it has always been a sought after attraction for visitors to the area. The village offers a choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. There is a bus route to the Market town of Wadebridge and popular resort of Rock is approximately 5 miles away.
