the harbour, Avalon provides comfortable self-contained one
bedroomed accommodation for 2 people.

the Eden Project
The accommodation comprises of
a ground floor flat, completely private from the owners accommodation,
which overlooks the village of Mevagissey.
- The accommodation is on one floor.
- The flat is accessed from a large private patio and garden
area.
- The flat offers a well-fitted separate kitchen including
a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and breakfast
bar.
- There is a comfortable living room with a colour TV and
video a wide selection of books and videos, a comfortable
bed settee and dining table.
- A double bedded room with view of the garden.
- Separate bathroom with combined bath & shower,
washbasin and toilet and electric shaving point.
- Large private patio with garden furniture
and access via stepped path through the garden to the village.
Electricity is included in the tariff. Two
radiators in the living room and bedroom provide central heating.
Towels and bedlinen are provided.
We require a deposit of 10% which is nonreturnable,
balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
We regret that we do not allow smoking inside
the flat. Booking Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 3pm
please, vacate by 11am.
