Archer Farm is situated in the hamlet of Trewetha
just ¼ mile from Port Isaac and Port Gaverne, a 10 minute
walk through scenic unspoilt valley land to both bays.
Resplendent in 1½ acres of garden with
a further 12 acres of its own pasture land Archer Farm is one of the two
oldest farms in the Port Isaac area dating back to the 16th Century
and occupies a unique position in this hidden valley encompassed by farmland.
Very close to the sea its tranquil
surrounds are an ideal base from which to explore the beauty of North
Cornwall.
Two double bedrooms are available both with
private bathrooms and both enjoying total privacy from the main house.
Bedroom 1 is a spacious and airy south
facing room with triple aspect views, a king size bed, sofa and Colour
TV. Its own adjoining private bathroom comprises large bath with mixer
tap and hand held shower attachment, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2 has three cottage windows
facing the rear of the house overlooking farmland. A double bed, single
bed with hideaway under, sofa, colour TV and private bathroom with small
bath with mixer taps and hand held shower attachment, WC and basin.
Parking available for both bedrooms.
