Anjarden Byre, also built in the 18th Century, is a two bedroom two bathroom (one ensuite) conversion of three granite barns sympathetically converted into one spacious L shaped dwelling. Guests have their own enclosed garden, patio and barbeque area. Set across a courtyard from Anjarden Farmhouse, with 360' panoramic views, looking south out of the valley towards the sea and Lamorna Cove and over open farmland. Beautiful white sand beaches a 10 minute drive away, open moorland a 10 minute walk but being centrally located and a Peninsular, everywhere is within easy reach and nowhere far from the sea.

Set across a gravelled courtyard from Anjarden Byre and with its own enclosed garden, this lovely old house is full of charm and romantic character, tastefully and elegantly furnished. The beamed sitting/dining room has a wood-burner, set in the granite inglenook fireplace, antique table and chairs, comfortable sofa and colour washed walls.

Accommodation: The three pretty beamed bedrooms are delightful and individually styled: All with bed-drapes. The master bedroom upstairs with its high vaulted beamed ceiling. The large second bedroom on the ground floor has its own sofas and armchair within it. The third bedroom also on the ground floor mirrors the colour scheme of the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have the main bathroom next door with its large shower cubicle and another roll top bath. All bedrooms have their own TV.

Ground floor: Porch. Hall. Sitting/Dining room with Digital TV, Digital DVD recorder/player, stereo/digital radio with USB port and wood burner.
Kitchen with gas-fired range, combination microwave, fridge, freezer, auto, washing machine and dishwasher, granite worktops & butler sink.

An ideal base for; exploring, pony trekking, sea fishing, angling, surfing, diving, climbing, golfing or walking the many miles of glorious coastline and open moorland. Magnificent beaches on north and south coasts just 10 minutes by car. The local traditional beamed pubs and restaurants are well worth a visit too: All this within 4 miles of Anjarden.

Lands End airport only 2 miles away, offers scenic flights and Penzance offers all the amenities you would expect of a small town; cinema, Theatre, art galleries, museums, antiques, gift shops and a variety of good restaurants and pubs. There is also a heliport for trips to the Isles of Scilly and boat trips can be taken from the harbour.

Enjoy the freedom catering for yourself in the luxurious, beautifully restored single-story detached stone barn. Whilst converted and equipped to a high standard great care has been taken to preserve the old beams and stone work. The spacious open plan living area is striking. The polished wooden flooring and well equipped kitchen compliment the fire place with it’s granite lintel and wood burner.

Colour washed walls, pretty bed drapes, a four poster bed and a dual aspect outlook over open valley and courtyard make this a haven of peace, quiet and comfort.

Guests have their own enclosed garden, patio and barbeque area. A *double sofa bed (free to children under 16, otherwise an extra £25.00 to stated tariff) and travel cot are also available.
