The 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment at Waters Edge is suitable for all ages and commands a beach front location of Fistral Bay and has the use of shared front and rear gardens..

It is the perfect location for surfing, beach, golf and touring holidays. The location is dog friendly with excellent walks along the Pentire Peninsula and beach.

Accommodation

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge/dining area with patio door to front lawn and door to enclosed glazed veranda.

Double bedroom with patio door also to enclosed glazed veranda, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with WC, washbasin and electric shower over bath. In the lounge a sofa bed will sleep a further 2 people.

Electricity, Water, Heating, and Linen are included in the tariff. Personal hand/bath towels are excluded.

Location

The property is located with the beach across the road with outstanding views of Fistral Bay. It is positioned on a no through road at the top of the beach escarpment with excellent access to the beach via a path with steps a short distance away.

It is at the quieter end of Fistral Bay adjacent to hotels, surf school, spar and similar accommodation but is in easy walking distance to Newquay town centre for nights out or shopping. Fistral Beach is Europe's most famous surfing beach with its golden soft sands and Atlantic rollers.
