Originally part of a stable block dating back to the 16th Century, the cottage has undergone extensive refurbishment to provide modern luxury accommodation, whilst retaining original features to provide an ideal base from which to enjoy your holiday.

ACCOMMODATION

The cottage will accommodate up to 6 people and briefly comprises of:

Kitchen/Breakfast room - open plan with a range of modern units, slate tiled floor, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and table and chairs.

Lounge - exposed stone wall and fireplace, 3 and 2 seater sofa's, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, games, books and DVD's.

Dining Room - exposed stone wall, oak floor, oak dining table with 6 leather chairs and a 2 seater double sofa-bed.

Bedrooms - the cottage provides 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an oak king-size bed with matching bedside cabinets built in oak wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom provides 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet and double wardrobe. A travel cot is also available.

Bathroom - Modern white suite with slate tiled floor, chrome towel rail and mirror.

Outside - Gardens to the front and rear, patio table and chairs with parasol, barbeque and off road parking for two cars.

LOCATION

The cottage is within a few minutes walk of the historic village of Tintagel, where there is a choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. There is a footpath close by leading to an 11th Century church, King Arthur's legendary castle and the coastal footpath which provides a chance to enjoy the breathtaking scenery the North Cornwall coastline has to offer.

The sandy beach and surfer's paradise at Trebarwith Strand and the pretty harbour at Boscastle are only 5 minutes drive away, with the large sandy beaches at Bude, the fishing harbour of Padstow and the Eden project all within easy reach.

TARIFF 2008

Prices range from
£275 - £725 per week

All prices include electricity, heating, hot water, bed linen and towels. The cottage is a non-smoking establishment and we regret that pets are not allowed.

All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.

Payment Details:

£100 non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking

The balance of your holiday cost will be required 4 weeks prior to commencement. At this time a further cheque for £100 is to be provided as a damage deposit. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure providing no damages have been caused during your stay.
