ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is reverse level with three bedrooms downstairs – double (with TV), twin and a bunk bedroom for children (top bunk for children over six) – one bathroom with separate shower cubicle and an additional cloakroom.

The whole of the upstairs is open plan and is wonderfully spacious with windows overlooking the harbour and wood flooring. The lounge has been furnished with luxurious leather sofas and there is also an office corner with a desk overlooking the harbour. Large flat screen digital TV, DVD, CD/radio, Ipod docking station, Wifi and Playstation

Beautifully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is underfloor heating throughout with individual thermostats in each room.

There is a patio with furniture at the rear of the cottage, another seat at the front and your own private parking space by the front door.

This property is beside the harbour and the path and driveway open directly onto a road where visibility is limited. Children should be supervised.
