We have been welcoming guests for generations and are one of the original holiday parks in Holywell Bay. As a Cornish family-run site, we provide self-catering accommodation in a friendly, relaxed setting where many visitors return year after year to enjoy classic seaside holidays and create lasting memories.
Set within a quiet green meadow, the park offers a traditional holiday atmosphere reminiscent of a simpler era, where families can reconnect and enjoy time together by the sea.
Our park is located just a few minutes’ walk (approximately 10 minutes on foot) from Holywell Bay beach, one of Cornwall’s most iconic and picturesque coastal locations. Known for its golden sands and dramatic scenery, the beach has also featured in major film and television productions including Poldark and House of the Dragon.
The famous Gull Rocks provide a striking backdrop, especially at sunset, making this a perfect spot for photography and unforgettable holiday memories.
All accommodation is designed for comfort and a true Cornish coastal experience, with no need to drive or search for parking when visiting the beach.
The Meadow is set within a sheltered valley landscape bordered by a gentle stream and surrounded by natural Cornish countryside. We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment that supports local wildlife and encourages a close connection with nature.
Guests may spot rabbits, moorhens, weasels, badgers, and even choughs during quiet evenings on site.
Holywell Bay beach is wide and sandy, backed by dunes and ideal for swimming, surfing, and bodyboarding. During the summer season, lifeguards are on duty to ensure a safe environment for families. Rock pools, caves, and the famous Holy Well cave provide plenty to explore for all ages.
From the park, you can also access the South West Coast Path for scenic walks, or explore the nearby Penhale Dunes, one of the largest dune systems in Cornwall.
