The
Granary is situated within Yeate Farm which borders the Fowey Estuary
with use of slipway, quay and storage for small boats (by arrangement)
with Fowey Harbour Commissioners tel: 01726 832472.
It is within minutes of the beautiful South Cornish coastline. Its location lends itself as an ideal centre for the tourist.
Many walks are available through Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty preserved by the National Trust. The Old Ferry Inn is situated less then a mile away by the river at Bodinnick.
Opposite
Bodinnick and its regular ferry service lies the picturesque town of Fowey
steeped in history and of significant architectural interest with a further
ferry service linking it with Polruan across the river estuary. Further
afield yet easily reached by car is the popular resort of Looe.
It is an excellent spot for boating, fishing, sailing and bird watching, while further afield there is riding, cycling and golf.
16th
Century Grade II listed barn, recently converted into a 3 bedroom
(sleeps 6) accommodation, is tastefully furnished throughout. The Granary
consists of: Full gas central heating. A double bedroom, a bedroom with
two twin pine beds and a further bedroom with full size bunk beds.
The bathroom
has a bath and shower, toilet, hand basin and a large airing cupboard
on the landing. The lounge has a country style 3 piece suite and colour
TV. A large kitchen with a pine dining area at one end, a gas hob, electric
oven, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave oven. Electricity
is provided by a £1 coin meter. Sheets and towels are not provided.
Ample car parking area to the rear of the building.
Pets
are welcome on application.

Our two caravans are situated in the orchard overlooking the Fowey estuary. They have hot water, shower, flush toilet, four-ring cooker, fridge, heater and colour TV.
Six people can be accommodated comfortably and everything is provided except sheets and towels. Pets are welcome on application. Ample parking for cars and boats.
Our tariff for the caravans starts at £100.00 per week, Low Season to £200 Peak Season
Travelling to Yeate Farm from London and the Midlands is only 4 ½ hours by car and Bristol is even closer (2 hours). Enjoy regular visits to the area for short breaks at anytime of the year. The mild climate that Cornwall enjoys early and later in the year means that your weekend will be a relaxing one.
