A selection of eight individual self-catering properties sleeping up to 8 persons. All situated on or around the cliff top over looking the beach, with spectacular sea and coastal views.

We are within 50 metres of steps down to the beach and an easy 5 minute stroll along the waterfront down to the harbour and village centre.

Porthleven is an unspoilt fishing village with 19th century granite built harbour and pier. The village is well served with cafes, restaurants, pubs, bakery, shops, craft workshops and galleries. It is situated on the Mounts Bay along the coast between Lands End and the Lizard. Making it also an ideal base to visit the many sites and attraction in this part of Cornwall.

Each side of the harbour entrance, rock pools are waiting to be explored at low tide and to the east of the pier, a golden shingle and sand beach stretches for three miles. Half way along is Loe Bar, a sand bar, which divides the sea from the ''Loe'', Cornwall's largest natural freshwater lake. Under the care of the National Trust, the area is open free to the public and provides an excellent walk.

A spacious three bedroom bay window house having excellent sea views, with a rear garden and a front sun facing patio.

Net Loft Bottom - Sleeps up to 5
A three bedroom self-contained ground floor loft with a small courtyard.

Loe Bar Bottom - Sleeps up to 3
A two bedroom self-contained ground floor flat with open plan lounge and kitchen and sea excellent sea views from all rooms.
