Windsor Court is a unique double-fronted Victorian house stylishly converted into four two-bedroom apartments retaining many period features.

Just two minutes’ stroll down to the charming harbour front with its beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes, yet situated on a quiet, select road and - despite being within the heart of St. Ives – has its own private parking to the rear of the property!

Each apartment has a light and airy feel with views from the sitting rooms over Porthminster Beach and St. Ives Harbour, with open-plan living rooms and kitchens. The beach at Carbis Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse may also be seen in the distance. The kitchens have black granite worktops and are fully fitted out with dishwasher, washer/drier, electric oven and ceramic hob, good size fridge/freezer and microwave oven. They are furnished with light, contemporary furniture and each has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. Each flat also has its own central heating, making them warm and cosy, whatever the time of year.

Two Raised Ground Floor Consisting of :-

Living room/kitchen. Bathroom with: wc, basin and bath (with a hand shower connection) and a separate shower cubicle; heated towel rail. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Enclosed courtyard furnished with table and chairs. Sleeps 4, living room seating for 4.

One First Floor Consisting of :-

Living room (with sofa bed) / kitchen. Bathroom with: WC, basin and bath (with a hand shower connection) and a separate shower cubicle; heated towel rail. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6 Living room seating for 6.

One Split level Maisonette Consisting of :-

Living room (with sofa-bed). Separate Kitchen. Cloakroom/shower room on the same level as the living area with WC, basin and shower cubicle; heated towel rail.

Private, light, wide staircase leading to: Bedroom 1 - with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - with two single beds and ensuite bathroom. These two bedrooms have wonderful views both to the back and the front of the house and have character sloping ceilings. The ensuite bathrooms each have: WC, basin and bath (with hand shower connection); heated towel rail
