For those who love golf it is 182 yards from the first tee of Trevose, one of England’s finest link courses. For those of you who don’t do golf, you can take advantage of the club, become a day member and use its heated outside pool and tennis courts. Constantine Bay Stores is a 5 minutes walk, and sells everything from washing powder to lobster.

In the north coast Cornish village of Constantine Bay, the house is a short walk from the exquisite beach, with its fabulous surfing and 15 minutes drive from Padstow and Rick Steins restaurants. The Airport at Newquay and Jamie Oliver’s restaurant Fifteen are a short drive. It is ideally suited for visiting the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Maritime Museum in Falmouth and The Tate at St Ives.
