Within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches of Greenaway, Daymer Bay and Rock, a haven for sailing, water skiing, wind surfing and fishing.

The Grounds The garden is very large and secluded with views across the valley to Roserrow Golf Club. There is ample off road parking.

White Lodge is a luxury house situated about 300 meters from the glorious surfing beach of Polzeath. Within easy walking distance are stunning sandy beaches at Greenaway, Daymer Bay and Rock, a haven for sailing, water skiing, wind surfing and fishing.

A short, picturesque ferry ride from Rock takes you across the estuary to the delightful fishing village of Padstow, home of Rick Stein's renowned Seafood Restaurant and the ancient May Day 'Obby Oss' festival.

From Polzeath there are National Trust owned cliff walks to Pentire Point, The Rumps, Port Quin and Port Isaac through an area of outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking coastal and sea views.

Close by is St Enodoc Golf Course with its celebrated challenging Links course and another friendlier 18 hole course. In the midst of the Links course nestles the quaint Church of St Enodoc, the last resting place of Poet Laureate Sir John Betjeman who lived in, and loved, this corner of Cornwall. Within a few minutes drive is Roserrow Golf Course with its new fitness centre, tennis courts and swimming pool. Trevose, Bowood, Lanhydrock and St Kew golf courses are within easy driving distance.

Other activities including horse riding, sub aqua diving, coasteering can be found close by.

Apart from its magnificent sandy beach Polzeath village boasts a variety of pubs, cafes and shops serving most daily needs.
