A good bus and mainline train service operates within a short distance of the property and the newly created Cornish Way cycle route is within a stone's throw of the building.

Spectacular sandy beaches, small coves, coastal paths, golf courses, surfing, scuba diving, sailing etc can all be enjoyed within close proximity to Penzance.

Visit Newlyn and its famous fish market, or St Ives where you can lose yourself in a maze of cobbled streets full of art galleries, great retaurants and quirky shops, or maybe the quaint fishing village of Mousehole, which during the Christmas season hosts an amazing festive lights display.

Take in a play, pack a picnic and visit the unique Minack Theatre carved into the cliffs with the mighty Atlantic Ocean as its backdrop and, of course, no trip to West Cornwall is complete without a visit to Land's End.
