West End Holiday Let is a self catering 2 bedroom detached chalet bungalow with gas central heating and double glazing, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property consists of entrance hall, kitchen/diner, and lounge on the ground floor.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom being equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A cot is also available.

Please note there is no fixed telephone at the premises & the holiday let is run under a NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy.

The property is fully equipped for 4 persons, including washing machine, microwave oven and colour TV with full access to Freeview channels. There is also a small paved patio garden with picnic table, plus a small lockable shed for cycle/ fishing tackle storage etc.

At the front of the property there is off road parking.

PENRYN AND FALMOUTH

PENRYN is situated approx. 2½ miles from FALMOUTH, site of PENDENNIS Castle and the NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM. TRURO is 9 miles away by road but also within easy access via the Falmouth rail branch line from Penryn Station.

An easy drive of only 40 miles sees you at the EDEN PROJECT, these revolutionary Bio-domes contain varied flora & fauna and make an excellent day out.

Bed linen is provided and changed on a weekly basis but we request that visitors bring their own towels. However towels can be provided at extra cost.
